About Jasmine

I'm a Registered Dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition and experience supporting individuals with a variety of health concerns. Through my clinical work in both hospital and outpatient settings, I've helped patients navigate nutrition changes while managing complex health conditions. Growing up in an Indian-American household, I understand how important culture, tradition, and personal preferences are when it comes to food. I'm passionate about helping people improve their health while still honoring the foods and traditions that are meaningful to them. I believe nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. My goal is to work with you to create a personalized approach that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals while building habits that feel sustainable long term.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should feel supportive and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. My approach focuses on small, meaningful changes that add up over time. Together we'll look at your lifestyle preferences, and health goals to create a personalized plan that works for you. I strive to create a comfortable, judgement-free space where we can work through challenges, celebrate progress, and build habits that support lasting change. Whether we're working on improving blood sugar balance, supporting heart health, managing weight changes, or simply building healthier routines, my goal is to help you come up with a game plan that feels achievable and realistic.

Your first session with Jasmine

We'll start with a relaxed and thorough review of your medical history, then take a deeper look at your relationship with food, including your routines and what has or hasn't worked in the past. You don't need to have everything figured out before our visit. Together we'll identify one or two manageable goals and practical next steps while troubleshooting challenges without judgement. Expect a supportive, collaborative space focused on steady, sustainable progress.
