About Janet

I'm a compassionate, highly experiences dietitian with 20 years of experience in guiding clients toward meaningful, lasting change. If you're looking to cut through the conflicting nutrition noise to find clarity & joy in eating the foods you love while meeting your goals for health, book a session with me. I specialize in working with busy parents and motivated clients to simplify nutrition, build sustainable habits and feel confident in their daily choices. Through a warm, personalized approach, I partner with you to create a clear path forward - one that fits your life and supports your long-term health. As someone who follows a strictly kosher diet, I am also well-versed in helping clients navigate nutrition within a kosher lifestyle with clarity and confidence.

Approach to care

My care philosophy is rooted in partnership, clarity and respect for the individual. I believe meaningful change happens when nutrition guidance is both evidence-based and deeply personalized...aligned with your goals, your lifestyle and your lived experience. My role is to simplify the complex, provide clear direction and support you with empathy and accountability so that change feels doable, not overwhelming. Ultimately, I aim to help you build sustainable habits that create lasting health - while strengthening your confidence in how you nourish & care for yourself.

Your first session with Janet

In your first session, we'll take the time to fully understand you - not just your nutrition. We'll review your health history, shared labs, current routines, challenges & goals, and begin connecting the dots between your habits, symptoms and outcomes. You'll have space to share what's been working, what hasn't & what you're hoping to change. By the end of the session, you can expect clarity. Together, we'll identify key priorities and outline a personalized, realistic starting plan so you leave with direction, confidence & feeling well-supported in your next step forward.
