About Jacqueline

Nutrition and health are my passions! With more than 25 years in practice, I provide guidance that blends clinical know-how with real-life problem solving. I hold a MS in Nutritional Science and I'm a RD and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES), helping people in private practice, community health settings, and both in-person and telehealth diabetes education, use of diabetes technology and nutrition counseling. I love teaching group fitness classes like Zumba, practicing Pilates, and dancing, and I bring that same energy to helping you build sustainable habits for improved blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life, celebrates your wins, and supports your long-term health goals.

Food, movement, stress, sleep, and relationships all shape health, so I focus on the whole person and practical change that lasts. My guidance is rooted in current research and proven protocols, delivered in a warm, nonjudgmental way that honors where you are. I take a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size perspective, emphasizing behaviors over numbers. Together we'll set clear, actionable steps, review what works, and build your knowledge so you can make confident choices long term.

We'll talk about routines, past approaches, and what feels doable for you, then set 1-2 short-term goals together that fit your life. I'll help you create a practical meal plan and concrete next steps, so you leave with clarity and confidence without needing to have everything figured out beforehand.
