About Jacqueline
Growing up as an athlete and competing in Division I soccer at UConn for 5 years shaped how I think about performance, recovery, and realistic fueling. I earned my BS and MS in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Connecticut and practice as an RDN, bringing clinical, private practice, and sports nutrition experience to each person I see. With one year as a Registered Dietitian, I focus on practical, sustainable steps. When I'm not working, I enjoy working out and spending time with family and friends.
Approach to care
I lean on current research to guide recommendations, while always centering the whole person. In a judgment-free space we'll focus on behaviors and habits that support health, using a Health At Every Size lens rather than fixating on weight. I'm warm and direct, so together we'll translate evidence into clear, actionable strategies and build skills that last. Education and gentle accountability help you make informed choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Jacqueline
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and talk through a typical day of eating. We'll establish a couple of short-term goals that feel doable, identify small changes you can try right away, and discuss meal and food suggestions tailored to your routine. You don't need perfect records or fixed answers, just honesty. We'll take a low-pressure, step-by-step approach so progress feels sustainable.
