About Jacqueline
Hi, I'm Jacqueline. I'm a Registered Dietitian in New York City with five years of experience guiding people toward healthier relationships with food. I earned my MS at Hunter College and practice across clinical hospital settings, private practice, and community health, bringing a science-based, practical approach to care. I hold credentials as an RD and CDN, and I stay curious through ongoing learning so I can translate research into doable steps for you. When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the studio enjoying Pilates or barre, traveling, or hanging out with friends and family. I’m passionate about helping you reach the best version of yourself!
Approach to care
My care philosophy is collaborative, evidence-based, and holistic. I stay grounded in the latest science and translate it into practical, step-by-step plans you can actually follow. I’m empathetic and warm, and I meet you wherever you are, without judgment. Together we’ll build sustainable, long-term changes that honor your life, preferences, and goals. I practice from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size perspective and emphasize skills, behavior change, and learning so you feel confident making choices in real life. Education is a cornerstone of every plan.
Your first session with Jacqueline
Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you and your goals. We'll review your medical history as a foundation, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food and your daily routines. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; I’m here to listen and help map a path that fits your life. By the end, we’ll set 1–2 short-term, realistic goals and outline the next steps we’ll take together to move you toward lasting progress.
