About Isabel

My interest in nutrition led me to earn a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and over the past five years as a registered dietitian in private practice, I’ve seen just how personal and complex health can be. As an RD, I focus on women’s health, with a special emphasis on supporting the interplay between gut and hormonal health. Outside of work, I recharge by cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I truly enjoy hearing each client’s story and collaborating to create personalized plans that fit your life!

Approach to care

I take a root-cause approach to care, working to understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your health concerns. My goal is to look “under the hood” and uncover imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel. I support women with hormonal and gut health challenges who are ready for sustainable lifestyle changes, as well as those trying to conceive, pregnant, or in the postpartum season. Together, we’ll explore nutrition, sleep, stress, and daily patterns to gently shift habits that may not be serving your goals. I value transparency: if you’re seeking a quick fix or short-term symptom relief, my approach may not be the best fit. Healing takes time and a deeper look at hormones, gut health, and nutrient balance. While I support weight loss goals, I take a weight-neutral approach, recognizing that weight is often a symptom of deeper imbalances. I’m here to help you build lasting, sustainable health!

Your first session with Isabel

During our first session, I’ll invite you to share your health story and journey so I can better understand your unique experiences and goals. From there, I’ll ask thoughtful follow-up questions to help create a clear, personalized picture of where you are now and where you’d like to go. We’ll begin by establishing foundational nutrition goals. While these may seem simple, they are essential building blocks for supporting gut health, hormone balance, and overall well-being. We’ll revisit and refine these foundations as often as needed to ensure they continue to support your progress. In future sessions, we’ll introduce more targeted nutrition strategies and lifestyle shifts tailored to your individual needs. We can also explore specific testing options if appropriate. I’m so looking forward to working with you!
