About Irina
I'm a registered dietitian specializing in women's health and behavioral health nutrition. I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles with food; whether that's emotional eating, chronic dieting, or feeling disconnected from their body. I've supported clients through life transitions, chronic health conditions, and disordered eating; helping them build sustainable habits and a more peaceful relationship with food. I take a realistic, compassionate approach because nutrition is rarely just about food; its shaped by stress, routines, emotions, and your environment. Together, we'll focus on small, meaningful changes that fit your life and actually last.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. I believe nutrition should fit into your real life; your schedule, culture, preferences, and goals. Rather than rigid meal plans or extreme approaches, I focus on sustainable strategies that help you build confidence over time. I combine behavior change techniques with clinical expertise so we can address not just what you eat, but the patterns and habits behind your choices. My counseling style is warm, nonjudgmental, and goal oriented; with a focus on progress, not perfection.
