About Hayley
Nutrition matters most when it fits into your real life, with room for the things that bring you joy. I enjoy helping people create realistic, personalized nutrition goals that support long-term health. I have one year of experience as an RD and hold an MS in Nutrition and Wellness from Andrews University. I began my work in clinical and hospital settings, which taught me to listen carefully and act quickly when needed. Outside of work you'll find me cooking new recipes, kayaking, hunting for thrifted finds, or watching movies.
Approach to care
I blend evidence-based guidance with a warm, direct style so we can make practical changes together. I value education and clarity, translating science into doable steps that fit your day-to-day life. We'll address the whole person, including emotional and lifestyle factors, and set sustainable goals you can keep for the long run, no judgment, just steady progress.
Your first session with Hayley
Expect a relaxed, conversation-style visit where we'll take a deep dive into your relationship with food, your routines, and what feels hard right now. I ask questions to understand your history and priorities, and together we'll establish short-term goals that feel achievable. There's no pressure to have it all figured out, and nothing you tell me will be judged. You'll leave with clear next steps and a plan we can adjust as we go.
