About Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah - and if you’ve ever felt frustrated, dismissed, or stuck when it comes to your health, you’re not alone. My journey into nutrition started from my own experience living with chronic illness and trying to make sense of a body that didn’t always feel like it was working with me. During a time when I was really struggling, I began learning how nutrition impacts the body, and it completely changed the way I understood my health. It gave me new tools to support my body and sparked a passion for helping others explore ways to feel better, too. Now, as a registered dietitian and health coach, I work with people from all kinds of backgrounds - whether you’re managing a condition, struggling with your relationship with food, or just want to feel more like yourself again. I’d love to support you.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment. I know how frustrating it can feel to not have clear answers or to feel like you’re not being fully heard, and I want this to feel different. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition or telling people what they “should” do. Instead, I see our work as a partnership. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to guide and support you along the way. Together, we’ll build the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to make choices that feel right for you. With my background in health coaching, I focus on behavior change and helping you turn intentions into habits that actually fit your real life. We’ll set realistic goals, reflect on what’s working and what’s not, and keep moving forward without judgment. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and truly confident in your body.

Your first session with Hannah

Our first session is all about getting to know you and your story. We’ll talk through your health history, daily routines, goals, and anything else that feels important to you. This is a judgment-free space where you can be honest about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and where you feel stuck. From there, we’ll start identifying a few realistic, personalized goals and create a plan that feels doable for you. I won’t overwhelm you with rigid rules or a long list of changes. Instead, we’ll focus on small, meaningful steps you can feel confident about. Our conversation will feel relaxed and collaborative, not like a lecture. After that, we’ll use follow-up sessions to build on your progress, provide support and accountability, and adjust your plan as your life evolves. We’ll celebrate your wins, work through challenges together, and keep moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.
