About Hailey
After earning my BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University, I spent two years working in clinical hospital settings as an RD, where I learned to balance evidence with real-world needs. I bring a direct, action-oriented style while staying warm and nonjudgmental. Outside of work you’ll find me hiking or running on local trails, crocheting, reading, or hanging out with my cats. I enjoy helping people translate medical recommendations into sustainable habits that fit their lives.
Approach to care
Grounded in current research, I center care on practical steps we can use right away, while keeping the bigger picture of your life in view. I work in a weight-neutral, behavior-focused way, so we focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes or diet rules. You’ll get clear, evidence-based guidance paired with compassion and education so you can make informed choices. Together we’ll set realistic actions, track progress, and adjust as life changes.
Your first session with Hailey
I make the first visit a calm, judgment-free conversation where we’ll review your medical history and clarify what matters most to you. We’ll talk through routines, what’s been working or not, and the barriers you face. You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time. By the end we’ll establish a couple of short-term goals to get started, and you’ll leave with practical next steps we can build on together.
