About Grace
After completing an MS in Nutrition Science at West Chester University, I began working as a nutritionist, counseling individuals seeking weight goals, menopause nutrition, and assistance with gut health complications, combining rigorous science with real-life problem solving. As an RDN I prioritize practical strategies you can maintain long term, not quick fixes. Outside of work I recharge with weight training, hiking, coffee dates, and watching the sunset. I’m passionate about helping you understand the why behind nutrition so we can build sustainable habits together.
Approach to care
Food and health deserve both compassion and clarity. I use evidence-based guidance to teach the how and the why, empowering you to make informed choices rather than follow fleeting trends. I’m a balance between compassionate and personable, and also direct and action-oriented, so together we’ll set clear, manageable steps that fit your life and support lasting change across mental, emotional, and physical health.
Your first session with Grace
The first visit is a curious, low-pressure conversation where we'll explore your relationship with food and your everyday routines. I’ll ask about your history, wins, frustrations, and what feels realistic right now, so we can establish short-term goals that actually fit your life. You don’t need to have it all figured out beforehand. We’ll leave with a couple of practical, doable actions to try, and a clear sense of how we’ll progress together toward sustainable change.
