About Gladys
After completing a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Sciences, I worked in different settings such as community hospital, community health programs, long-term care centers, and rehabilitation center. I bring seven years of experience as an RD and a genuine passion for helping patients understand nutrition and setting realistic goals. Outside of sessions you'll often find me practicing yoga, reading, or enjoying outdoor activities that keep me grounded and curious.
Approach to care
Grounded in current evidence and practical strategies, I translate science into steps we can actually use. I follow a weight-neutral Health at Every Size approach, prioritizing behaviors, function, and sustainable habits over quick fixes or diet culture. We'll work together in a warm, nonjudgmental space, learning as we go, setting clear short-term actions, and addressing mental, emotional, and physical factors so changes stick.
Your first session with Gladys
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, and talk through routines, barriers, and wins. Together we'll establish a couple of realistic short-term goals that fit your life, and agree on clear first steps. You don't need to have everything figured out. Open communication guides our work, and we'll move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
