About Gabrielle
Growing up curious about how food fits into busy lives led me to nutrition. I earned my MS from the University of North Florida and over 13 years I have practiced across hospitals, private practice, research, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness. As an RDN and licensed dietitian I blend clinical evidence with real-world practicality. At home I juggle two kids, dogs, pilates, cooking, baking, painting, hiking, and travel, so I aim to make nutrition feel manageable, warm, and honest.
Approach to care
I rely on current research to shape recommendations, while keeping our work empathetic and human. We'll focus on sustainable habits that fit your life, not quick fixes, and use clear, actionable steps we can measure and adapt. My care is weight neutral and whole person centered, addressing sleep, movement, stress, and relationships with food. Education is key, so together you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes at your own pace.
Your first session with Gabrielle
Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation where we review medical history and look over recent lab work and biometrics without pressure. We'll explore your relationship with food, daily routines, wins, and frustrations, then create a practical meal plan and set short-term goals together. You do not need to have everything figured out before our visit. We'll leave with bite-sized, realistic next steps that fit your life and timeline.
