About Farrah

Nutrition has been the thread through my life for the last eight years, shaping how I show up for patients. As an RDN and LDN who earned an MHS in Health Science from Western Carolina University, I bring experience from clinical hospital care, community health, research and academia, and food service management. Outside of work I’m a toddler parent who gardens, reads, runs, and does CrossFit, so I understand busy days and small victories. Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there and help us find small, sustainable steps forward.

Approach to care

Evidence guides the plan, and compassion guides the conversation. I ground recommendations in current research while keeping things practical and direct, so we have clear, doable steps to try. Together we’ll focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I prioritize whole-person factors, combining nutrition education with attention to sleep, stress, movement, and daily routines, so you can make informed choices that last.

Your first session with Farrah

Expect a relaxed, judgement-free conversation where we’ll review your medical history and your food story, including what has worked and what hasn’t. I’ll ask about routines, motivations, and goals so we can build a clear foundation together. We’ll establish one or two short-term, actionable goals you feel ready to try, and leave room to adjust as we learn. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just bring your experience and honesty and we’ll take the next steps together.
