About Evan
Problem-solving and food have been constant parts of my life, which is why I pursued a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Alabama and have spent the last 6 years working as a Registered Dietitian in clinical and hospital settings. As an RD and licensed dietitian, I focus on cutting through the noise so we can find an eating plan that actually fits your life. When Iâm not seeing patients youâll find me gardening, woodworking, exercising, hiking, or spending time with the kids.
Approach to care
Evidence matters, but so does your day-to-day life. I blend science-based guidance with a warm, nonjudgmental style so we'll make practical changes that last. I work in a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size framework, focusing on behaviors and whole-person wellness rather than quick fixes. Expect clear, action-oriented steps, education to help you make informed choices, and support as we adjust strategies together for sustainable progress.
Your first session with Evan
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics to get a clear starting point. Weâll talk about whatâs been working, whatâs been frustrating, and set short-term, realistic goals together. You donât need to have answers ahead of time, just bring your questions and experiences. By the end we'll have a few concrete steps to begin, and a plan to build from there.
