About Erin
Real talk—let’s be honest… You’ve tried to “get it together” more times than you can count. You know what you should be doing… but real life keeps getting in the way. Between stress, hormones, fatigue, busy schedules—and just being human— wellness starts to feel overwhelming, inconsistent, or just plain exhausting. If that sounds like you… you’re in the right place. I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian with 18+ years of experience, and I believe in one simple truth: Wellness has to work in real life—or it doesn’t work at all.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should support your life—not take it over. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan here▪️No pressure to be perfect ▪️No starting over every week. Instead, we'll focus on what’s actually realistic for you. Together, we will: ✔️ Build habits that fit your real schedule ✔️ Work through challenges like stress, fatigue, and inconsistent routines ✔️ Create simple, sustainable ways to eat and move ✔️ Focus on progress you can feel—not just numbers on a scale.
