Helping you make lasting, realistic lifestyle changes is what led me to become a Registered Dietitian. I offer friendly, approachable guidance to help you reach your nutrition and health goals through small, actionable steps. With an MS in Applied Dietetics Practice and a BS in Exercise Physiology, I bring a unique perspective that integrates nutrition and movement into a whole-person approach to wellness. Outside work you'll find me tending my flock of backyard chickens and hiking in the Rocky Mountains. I aim to make nutrition feel simple and sustainable for your everyday life.

I focus on helping you uncover your personal motivation because that’s what drives lasting change. From there, we build small, sustainable habits around nutrition, movement and daily routines—no quick fixes or rigid rules. I also help you understand the “why” behind what we’re doing so those small steps feel doable, meaningful and ultimately add up to real progress toward your goals.

Your first session with Emily

Expect a no-pressure conversation where we focus on getting a full picture of you—your health history and what your day-to-day routine looks like. We’ll talk about what’s most important to you and start identifying your motivation for change because that’s where real progress begins. From there, we’ll outline a couple of simple, realistic next steps you can start right away—nothing overwhelming or overly complicated. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported and confident that you have a practical plan you can actually follow.
