About Ellen
Hi, and welcome. I’m Ellen! I love food and I cook it, work around it and enjoy it. Throughout my life I have sometimes enjoyed too much and have developed habits to maintain weight. Keeping active and strong assists in so many ways. I will work with you to create a balanced approached to promote lifelong health and fitness. I enjoy many cuisines and understand traditions associated with meals.

We will work together as a team to create an individualized action plan that includes tailored nutrition interventions that will help you reach your goals. I can assist you in your goals whether it is to lose weight, improve your cholesterol or blood pressure, lower your blood sugar, or increase your energy. Excited to begin the jouney!
Your first session with Ellen
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll begin with a relaxed conversation to understand your medical history, relationship with food, daily routines, and what you want to achieve. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll figure it out together. By the end, we’ll have 1–2 realistic goals and a clear sense of the steps to reach them. The space is judgment-free and collaborative, designed to help you feel supported from day one.

I enjoy challenging myself by playing mahjong with friends and catching up on a streaming shows. As I enter a new decade I am embracing healthy aging and working to assist others.
