About Elizabeth
Nutrition is central to my life, I genuinely enjoy eating, cooking, and talking about food. I trained at California State University, Northridge and earned a BS and MS in Nutrition. Over 12 years as a registered dietitian and RDN, I've worked in community health and private practice. As a menopausal woman I bring a personal perspective that helps when we navigate tougher transitions together. Off the clock you'll find me on my road or mountain bike, and I've been riding about 25 years, or curled up with a good book.
Approach to care
I combine current scientific evidence with practical, doable steps so we can build habits that last. You’ll find our work judgment-free and warm, while also being direct and action-oriented. I practice from a weight-neutral perspective, focusing on behaviors and meaningful health markers rather than a number. We'll look at the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and food, and I’ll help you understand the why behind each recommendation so you can make informed choices over the long term.
Your first session with Elizabeth
Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll also talk through your daily routines, wins and frustrations, and what feels realistic for you right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before our visit. Together we'll set one or two clear, manageable steps so you leave feeling heard and with a realistic plan to try.
