About Eli
Nutrition and time outdoors shape how I think about health. With three years practicing as a Registered Dietitian and an MS in Nutrition Science from Ball State University, I bring clinical hospital experience into everyday care. As an RDN and LD based in Indiana, I enjoy hiking, traveling, playing with my pets, and spending time with family. I'm motivated to help people meet realistic goals around weight management, diabetes, and heart health, and I focus on changes that fit your life and stick.
Approach to care
Science informs the recommendations I offer, and compassion guides how we put them into practice. I use evidence-based strategies while keeping care weight-neutral and behavior-focused, so we prioritize sustainable habits over quick fixes. We'll work together in a judgment-free space, translating research into clear, practical steps you can try. Education and accountability are part of the process, and I consider sleep, stress, activity and life context alongside food to create plans that last.
Your first session with Eli
We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, then take a deeper look at your relationship with food and daily routines. This visit is a low-pressure conversation where your experiences matter, not a test. Together we'll set one or two short-term, doable goals and outline practical steps to get started. You don't need to have everything figured out. I'll explain the reasoning behind recommendations so you can make informed choices, and we'll adjust the plan together as you progress.
