About Eden

Nutrition has always felt like the intersection of science and creativity to me. I earned a BS in Nutrition Science and an MS in Dietetic Studies, and after one year working in clinical hospital settings I now practice in San Antonio as an RDN and LDN. I enjoy bringing practical, evidence-based care to people from all walks of life. Outside of work you'll find me skiing, hiking, practicing yoga and pilates, experimenting in the kitchen, attending concerts, or reimagining a room with a touch of interior design.

Approach to care

Evidence informs every recommendation I make, and empathy shapes how we put that evidence into practice. I take a weight-neutral, whole-person approach, looking at physical health, lifestyle, and emotional well-being together. We'll focus on sustainable habits and clear, actionable steps that fit your life, not short-lived fixes. I aim to teach you the why behind choices so you feel confident making lasting changes, all within a judgment-free space.

Your first session with Eden

Expect a calm, collaborative conversation where we get to the heart of your goals. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and take a thoughtful look at your relationship with food. Together we'll establish a couple of short-term, achievable goals and outline practical next steps. You don't need to have it all figured out beforehand, we'll work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
