About Dianna
Food, movement, and curiosity have guided my career. I hold an MS in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics and have spent four years working as a Registered Dietitian in hospitals, private practice, community health, sports nutrition, and corporate wellness. As an RD who also brings yoga teaching and fitness coaching as an RYT and CPT, I blend practical science with real-life tools. When I am not working you might find me cooking, strength training, practicing yoga, hiking, reading, or planning my next trip. I’m passionate about helping people build sustainable wellness habits across the lifespan.
Approach to care
Evidence guides what I recommend, and your life guides how we put it into practice. I take a holistic, weight-neutral stance that focuses on behaviors instead of the scale, while grounding choices in current research. Our work is collaborative and judgment-free, I explain the science clearly, and we set direct, practical steps we can measure together. Sustainability matters to me, so we prioritize small, lasting changes that fit your routines, values, and goals.
Your first session with Dianna
We’ll begin by reviewing your medical history and talking through your current routines, priorities, and any concerns. Expect a deep, respectful conversation about your relationship with food so we can understand what has worked and what hasn’t. Together we’ll establish one or two short-term, achievable goals and a clear next step, so you leave with direction and without pressure. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just come as you are and we’ll build from there.
