About Destiny
Curiosity about how people live and eat has guided my work. Over three years as a Registered Dietitian I’ve worked in community health and clinical hospital settings, learning how to translate research into realistic plans that fit everyday life. I studied at Michigan State University and Montana State University, and I practice as an RD with an MS. Outside of sessions I recharge by crafting, reading, and hunting for new fitness activities to explore alongside patients.
Approach to care
Nutrition care should be rooted in science and kindness. My RD training and focus on current evidence keep recommendations practical and reliable, while my style stays warm and nonjudgmental. I practice with a weight-neutral, health at every size perspective, prioritizing behavior change, quality of life, and the whole person. We’ll create clear, action-oriented steps, learn why they matter, and adjust together so changes are sustainable and empowering.
Your first session with Destiny
Appointments tend to feel like a relaxed conversation rather than an exam. We’ll review your medical history, medications, routines, and what you hope to change. Together we’ll set short-term, achievable goals that fit your life, and I’ll provide educational, practical tools to try between visits. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand, just bring your questions and we’ll map a low-pressure plan to move forward together.
