As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop a healthier relationship with food and create lasting, sustainable habits. My goal is to provide guidance that is both practical and personalized, empowering clients to feel confident in their nutrition choices. Outside of my work, I find joy in ballroom dancing, spending time with my family, and embracing the small moments that bring gratitude. As a triplet, a wife, and a dog lover, I deeply value connection, balance, and a holistic approach to well-being—principles that guide both my personal and professional life.
