About Danielle
Growing up with food allergies and playing multiple sports, nutrition has always been a priority in my life. As a dietitian with a BS in Dietetics/Nutrition, Fitness and Health from Purdue University, I blend hands-on experience from sports nutrition into personalized care. I love traveling, cooking and trying new restaurants, and you’ll often find me on a yoga mat or out for a run. Those everyday joys shape how I help patients build realistic, lasting habits together.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the recommendations I share, and I translate research into clear, practical steps we can test together. I practice through a Health at Every Size lens, focusing on behavior change and wellbeing rather than weight. Our work will be direct and action-oriented, yet warm and nonjudgmental. I prioritize education so you understand the why behind each strategy, and I support sustainable habits that fit your whole life, not short-term fixes.
Your first session with Danielle
Expect a thoughtful, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll also take a deep dive into your relationship with food, routines, wins and struggles so we can identify what feels doable. Together we'll set short-term goals that are specific and manageable, and I'll make sure you leave with clear next steps. You don't need to have it all figured out, we'll learn and adjust as we go.
