About Danielle
Hi! I am Danielle, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer specializing in women's health with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum and sustainable lifestyle change. I combine evidence-based nutrition with real life application because I know nutrition isn't just about what you eat, it's about how you live. I am a mom myself, so I get it! In my free time I love to read, color and be out in nature.
Approach to care
I believe in a balanced, realistic approach to nutrition and exercise. No crash diets or extreme workout routines, just practical strategies that actually fit into your lifestyle. We focus on nourishing your body (not restricting it), building sustainable habits, supporting metabolism, hormones and energy, and creating a positive relationship to food and body. Overall, focusing on feeling your best long term.
Your first session with Danielle
In your first session we will review your health history, lifestyle and goals. We will also dive into your current eating habits and routines, as well as discuss any current challenges or roadblocks. You will leave with clear, realistic next steps along with personalized nutrition guidance and a plan that feels doable, not overwhelming.
