About Dana
Hi! I'm Dana, a registered dietitian (RDN) with 10+ years of nutrition experience. I specialize in weight loss without dieting and pre and postnatal nutrition. I am passionate about helping my clients and their families build sustainable habits and believe eating well doesn't have to be complicated.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in simple, actionable steps. I believe sustainable change occurs overtime and is best achieved with personalized, evidence-based care that is tailored to your unique needs. I will always meet you right where you are in a warm, non-judgmental way.
Your first session with Dana
During the first session, we’ll review your medical history, current nutrition and lifestyle habits, goals, challenges, and family dynamic at home. We will also discuss what you’ve tried in the past and what has or hasn’t worked. While the first session may feel like a lot of "getting to know you" instead of immediate action, it’s essential for creating a personalized and effective plan. After outlining our big picture goals, you'll end the visit with 1-2 take home goals. For best results, nutrition coaching is most effective as an ongoing process. Most clients benefit from meeting consistently over the first 3–6 months, as ones needs evolve. Our approach will focus on consistency and long-term progress over quick fixes.
