About Cynthia
Food and movement have shaped how I support people. As an RD with 15 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, I've worked in hospitals, private practice, corporate wellness, and sports nutrition. I enjoy creating and testing new recipes, discovering artists at live concerts, and training for powerlifting, half marathons, and HYROX. Together we'll build plans that fit your life and your goals.
Approach to care
Science informs every recommendation I make, and I focus on translating research into clear, practical steps we can try together. I bring warmth and directness to sessions so you get honest feedback, education, and actionable plans. I practice weight-neutral, whole-person care that centers behaviors, sleep, stress, and movement. We will prioritize sustainable habits over quick fixes, and adjust strategies based on what actually works for you.
Your first session with Cynthia
Think of the first visit as a collaborative inventory, not an exam. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, discuss what's working and what's not, and establish short-term goals that feel realistic. You don't need to have it all figured out. We'll leave with one or two sustainable next steps and a clear plan for how we'll measure progress together, without pressure or judgment.
