About Courtney
Iām a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in nutrition and exercise physiology, and I take a comprehensive, real-life approach to health. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, high stress, and ongoing health concerns who want to feel more energized, more in control of their health, and more consistent in how they care for themselves. My approach goes beyond just nutrition. I look at your daily routines, movement, stress, and overall lifestyle to understand what is actually contributing to how you feel. From there, we create a plan that is realistic, personalized, and built to fit your life, not add more pressure to it. Whether you are dealing with low energy, digestive issues, hormone-related concerns, or simply feel out of sync with your health, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Clients often share that they feel truly heard and supported in our work together, and that our sessions go deeper than typical nutrition counseling.
Approach to care
I believe your health should support your life, not complicate it. There is no one-size-fits-all plan. What works for someone else may not work for you, especially when you are balancing a full schedule, responsibilities, and stress. My role is to help you understand what your body is telling you and translate that into clear, practical steps you can actually follow. I focus on building sustainable habits that work in the context of your real life, so progress feels doable and consistent rather than overwhelming. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we focus on progress, not perfection.
Your first session with Courtney
Your first session begins with a comprehensive assessment of your nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and current symptoms. We will review your health history, daily routines, current challenges, and goals to get a clear understanding of the full picture. From there, we will identify key areas to focus on and outline a personalized plan that fits your life and capacity. You will leave the session with clear, actionable steps you can begin right away, along with a better understanding of what may be contributing to how you have been feeling. This session is designed to give you both clarity and direction, without feeling overwhelming.
