About Coreyann
Nutrition has guided my career for 30 years, from hospital wards to community clinics, academic research, corporate wellness programs, and private practice. I earned a PhD in Medical Nutrition Sciences at BU School of Medicine and combine that research training with practical skills as a registered, licensed dietitian and certified diabetes educator. Based in Boston, I love hiking, tennis, travel, and swimming. Outside the clinic I bring that same curiosity and energy to helping patients build lasting, realistic habits.
Approach to care
Evidence shapes the recommendations I make, while compassion shapes how we get there. I work with you through a weight-neutral lens, prioritizing behaviors and health outcomes rather than the number on a scale. Together we'll translate current science into clear, practical steps that fit your life, focusing on sustainable changes. I'm direct and action-oriented, but always judgment-free and educational, so you leave each visit with understanding and manageable goals.
Your first session with Coreyann
When we meet, expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where you don't need to have everything figured out. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have on hand, and together we'll set short-term goals that feel realistic. As a CDCES and PhD-trained clinician, I pay attention to the data, but we balance that with your daily life and priorities. You'll walk away with a clear first step and a plan we can adjust as we learn what works.
