About Charlotte
After 24 years as a Registered Dietitian, I still find the small, practical changes are the ones that matter most. My RD and LD background, supported by an MS in Nutrition Science, has taken me from hospital floors to public school cafeterias, giving me a broad view of how nutrition fits into daily life. I bring warmth and clarity to conversations about food, and when I’m not working you’ll usually find me sewing, reading, playing games, or spending time with friends and family.
Approach to care
I center care on science-informed strategies that we translate into realistic steps you can keep long term. I practice from a Health At Every Size mindset, focusing on behaviors, function, and wellbeing rather than weight alone. I combine empathetic listening with direct, action-oriented guidance, so we’ll identify evidence-based priorities, set measurable steps, and learn along the way. Education is part of the plan, because when you understand the why, sustaining change becomes far more natural and less stressful.
Your first session with Charlotte
When we meet for the first time, we’ll take a clear, low-pressure look at your medical history, review any lab work or biometrics you have, and talk about what matters most to you. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out, just bring your questions and honest experiences. Together we’ll translate that information into one or two short-term goals so you leave with a practical next step and a sense of direction rather than overwhelm.
