About Charlotte
Nutrition became personal for me long before I set foot in a classroom. My own challenges shaped how I view food, health, and well-being, and that's why I pursued a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Nutrition & Dietetics. I bring one year of experience as a Registered Dietitian working in sports nutrition and clinical hospital settings, and I use that background to help people create sustainable habits that are realistic and sustainable. As an RDN and LDN, I enjoy cooking, hitting the gym, playing intramurals, snowboarding, and hiking, all of which keep my recommendations practical and rooted in real life. I believe nutrition should be fun, not restrictive while still enjoying the foods you love!

I practice through a weight-neutral lens, focusing on behaviors and well-being instead of restriction. I listen first, offer practical strategies grounded in research, and teach skills so you can make informed choices long term. Plan for a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where I want to understand your relationship with food and your medical history, not to tell you what to do. We'll talk through routines, wins, frustrations, and how nutrition fits into your lifestyle. Together we'll identify one or two short-term goals that feel manageable, and I'll leave you with clear, science-based actions to try. You don't need to have everything figured out to get started. Like Planet Fitness, this is a no judgement zone!
