About Chaeeun
Food has always been my favorite way to explore a place or a memory. With an MS in Nutrition from Marywood University and two years as a Registered Dietitian working in hospital settings, I bring practical clinical experience and curiosity to every visit. As an RDN and RD I enjoy helping patients discover how different foods fit their life, and exploring stress-free ways to enjoy meals when eating out. Outside of work I travel to try new cuisines and play tennis to reset and stay energized.
Approach to care
Evidence and compassion guide how I work with patients, so we build changes that last rather than chasing quick fixes. My training as an RDN helps me translate current research into clear, practical steps we'll try together. I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors instead of weight, and I take a whole-person view that includes emotions, routines, and environment. I'll teach skills, help you set realistic actions, and hold space for progress at your pace.
Your first session with Chaeeun
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll take time to build rapport and understand your history, routines, and relationship with food. We'll do a deep dive into what's been working and what feels frustrating, then identify a couple of short-term, realistic goals to start. You don't need to have everything figured out, we'll work together to prioritize changes, troubleshoot barriers, and set the groundwork for ongoing care so progress feels manageable.
