About Catherine
Nutrition has always sat at the crossroads of science and daily life for me. As a registered dietitian, I draw on a Master's in Public Health and a Master's in Nutrition and Policy, plus clinical and research experience, to bring evidence-based guidance to everyday choices. I practice as a licensed dietitian (LDN) and love translating research into practical, realistic steps. Outside work you'll find me walking with my dog, tending a garden, or baking something to share.
Approach to care
I care about the current science. Keep our sessions warm, nonjudgmental, and doable. We work together, focusing on behaviors and sustainable habits rather than the scale. I use a weight-neutral, health at every size framework to prioritize wellbeing, and I give clear, action-oriented strategies so you can try something, assess what works, and adjust. Education is part of the process, so you'll gain evidence-based tools to make choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Catherine
In our first visit we’ll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll review your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics, talk about what matters most to you, and set a couple of short-term goals we can realistically work on together. Expect practical next steps, clear rationale from the evidence, and a supportive plan that grows with you.
