About Carrie

I'm a Dietitian with over 13 years of experience working in both the clinical and outpatient setting. I have over seven years of leadership experience working as a Clinical Nutrition Manger in a hospital setting. I've published research on body image disturbances, and I'm a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician specializing in tube feedings and feedings through the vein. When I'm not working, you'll find me spinning, boating, skiing, grappling in jujitsu with my son, or chasing whatever Florida man activities are on the calendar. I'm working for Nourish because I want to remove all the noise and toxic diet culture from your life while helping you reach your goals.

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy shape how I support patients. I ground recommendations in current research while keeping things practical and achievable. We'll turn science into teachable skills that fit your life. I focus on sustainable habits over quick fixes or diet culture. Together we'll address food, movement, sleep, and stress, and I'll be direct about clear action steps while staying warm, nonjudgmental, and educational so you can make informed choices long term.

Your first session with Carrie

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll build rapport and clarify what matters most to you. We'll go over your history, routines, wins, and barriers, and then establish short-term, doable goals we can track together. You don't need to have everything figured out before our visit. I'm here to help, and we'll leave with clear next steps and at least one manageable action to try so progress feels realistic and sustainable.
