About Caroline
Nutrition has captivated me since I was a teenager. With over 10 years as a Registered Dietitian and an MS in Nutrition from Bridgeport University focused on integrative and functional health, I bring experience from clinical hospital care, corporate wellness programs, and community health. I focus on practical, sustainable habits we can build together. Outside of work I recharge hiking, walking, playing piano, practicing yoga, gardening, cooking and catching live music.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the plans I offer, and empathy shapes how we work together. I blend current research with a whole-person perspective, paying attention to sleep, stress, movement, and your relationship with food. We'll translate science into clear, actionable steps that fit your life, prioritizing behavior change that lasts. I provide weight-neutral, judgment-free support and focus on teaching skills so you can make informed choices long term.
Your first session with Caroline
I aim to make the first visit calm and collaborative. We will review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food and what has or hasn't worked for you. Together we'll establish short-term, achievable goals and practical next steps. You don't need to have it all figured out beforehand, this is a low-pressure, supportive conversation where we plan for sustainable change.
