About Cameron

I’m here to help you take a deep breath when it comes to food. My counseling style is collaborative and very “let’s figure out what actually works for you.” No rigid plans, no all-or-nothing thinking, just realistic strategies that fit your life. I also have a background in fitness coaching, so if you want to feel stronger, more energized, and less overwhelmed by it all, you’re in the right place. Outside of work, I’m usually hiking with my dogs or boxing/lifting to clear my head. It’s a reminder that health should support your life, not take it over, and I love helping clients find that same balance.

Food should support your well-being, not be a source of constant stress. My approach is evidence-based and rooted in practical, sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle. I take a whole-person approach, considering nutrition alongside movement, sleep, stress, and your relationship with food. I focus on helping you understand the “why” behind recommendations so you can build habits that are realistic, adaptable, and lasting.

Your first session with Cameron

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we map out clear, realistic next steps together. We'll review your medical history and take a thoughtful look at your relationship with food, exploring patterns, triggers, and what feels manageable. From that we'll establish short-term goals that actually fit your life, usually one or two steps to start, and I'll explain the reasoning behind each so you can move forward without pressure. You don't need to have it all figured out.
