About Caitlin

After completing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Penn State, my interest for food and nutrition started to grow and that curiosity led me to earn a second bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and a master's degree in Community Nutrition from West Chester University. Now with two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian working in a clinical hospital setting, I have a strong understanding of how nutrition can impact health. I am eager to dive into outpatient care and bring hands-on, science-focused experience to each of my sessions. As an RD with an MS, I enjoy translating clinical protocols into practical, realistic habits patients can sustain. Outside of work, I enjoy testing recipes, practicing yoga, taking exercise classes, and spending time with friends and family, which keeps my coaching grounded in real life. My interests in nutrition and exercise have also lead to me working toward completing a personal training certification as well.

Approach to care

Science guides how I support patients, and compassion shapes how we work together. I use current research to inform recommendations, then translate evidence into clear, actionable steps we'll try together. My practice is weight-neutral, focused on behaviors and long-term habit change rather than restriction or quick fixes. I consider the whole person, including stress, sleep, movement, and emotions, and I prioritize education so you understand why changes matter. We'll set measurable, achievable targets and adjust them as life evolves.

Your first session with Caitlin

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a deep look at your relationship with food, including patterns, wins, and challenges. You don't need to have answers or a perfect food diary. I will ask questions to understand your routine, goals, and what feels doable, and together we'll establish short-term goals that are realistic and measurable. You'll leave with clear first steps and a follow-up plan so change feels manageable and sustainable.
