About Caitlin
A good loaf of sourdough and a clear lab result both make my day. As an RD with an MS in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and ten years working between dialysis clinics and private practice, I bring both clinical rigor and real-world practicality to care. I'm passionate about translating nutrition science into relatable information. I love cooking, baking sourdough, and hiking, and I use that same creativity to help us build sustainable habits together.
Approach to care
Evidence matters, and so does how you feel while making changes. I ground recommendations in current research while keeping conversations warm and judgment-free. We'll take clear, action-oriented steps and I will teach the why behind each choice so you feel confident to make decisions. I focus on the whole person, favor weight-neutral, behavior-focused strategies, and prioritize sustainable habits that support long-term health.
Your first session with Caitlin
Expect a relaxed, nonjudgmental conversation where we'll review your medical history, look over any lab work or biometrics, and establish a couple of short-term goals that feel doable. I will help translate clinical details into practical next steps. You don't need to have everything figured out; together we'll identify what’s working, address immediate concerns, and leave with clear, manageable actions to try before we meet again.
