About Brittany
Hello! I am passionate about recognizing food as a source of energy and using it to nourish the body in a way that promotes overall well-being. I grew up in Pennsylvania and later moved to Massachusetts with my family. I went on to attend the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition. I enjoy exploring new recipes and finding creative ways to add nutrients to my favorite meals and snacks—often making them even more delicious in the process. I also love discovering new foods and revisiting ones I didn’t previously enjoy. Outside of nutrition, I’ve recently taken up crocheting and enjoy spending time in the sun, as well as with friends and family.
Approach to care
I believe that food is energy and has the power to help you feel your best from the inside out. I take a patient-centered, holistic approach to support you in reaching your individual goals. My practice emphasizes the addition of nutrient-dense foods to enhance dietary quality, rather than focusing on restriction. I am committed to listening to your needs and working collaboratively to create a personalized plan that feels both realistic and exciting. Because everyone has a unique relationship with food, I value taking the time to explore yours in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to encourage small, consistent changes that feel sustainable and empowering.
Your first session with Brittany
My goal is to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and how I can best support you. During our initial session, I will ask questions about your lifestyle, daily habits, and nutrition history to help guide an individualized approach to your care. I encourage open communication and welcome you to share anything you feel is important. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you, clearly define your goals, and begin building a collaborative plan. Together, we will focus on implementing small, consistent changes that support sustainable improvements in your overall well-being, while creating a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your lifestyle.
