About Brianne
Following my first nutrition class at Texas Tech University, I changed my degree and career path to dietetics. I then went on to earn an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics at Texas Tech as well. As an RDN and LD, I bring three years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, with clinical hospital work and a year of outpatient nutrition counseling shaping how I practice. Together we'll turn evidence into realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life.
Approach to care
Research guides the recommendations I share, and empathy guides how we use them. I practice weight-neutral care grounded in Health At Every Size, focusing on behaviors and daily routines rather than fixating on weight. We'll work collaboratively to set clear, practical steps, track progress, and adjust as needed. I prioritize education so you understand the why behind each choice, and I focus on sustainable change that honors the whole person, emotional and physical.
Your first session with Brianne
When you come in for that initial visit, we'll review your medical history and talk through your eating patterns, routines, and what matters most to you right now. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free conversation, so you don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll identify one or two short-term goals together, and I'll explain practical next steps and answer questions so you leave feeling equipped and supported as we move forward.
