About Brianna
Finding balance with food, feelings and movement shape the practical approach I take to life. I have worked as a dietitian for 17 years in a variety of settings including hospitals, group homes, group eduction, one-on-one counseling and virtual coaching in private practice. Helping people navigate nutrition in the modern world in a way that fits with the life they are living is what brings me joy. I bring clinical training and practical problem solving to every visit.

We will use evidence-based strategies that fit your life, focusing on behaviors and overall wellbeing rather than a number on the scale. My style is warm and nonjudgmental, yet direct and realistic, so we can set achievable steps and maintain accountability. I take a whole-person view, considering mental, emotional and physical factors, and I prioritize education so you'll understand the why behind each choice. Together we'll create changes that are sustainable and respectful of where you are now.
Your first session with Brianna
Expect a calm, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand, just bring your experiences and questions. We'll discuss routines, things that work, and current barriers, then identify one to two short-term goals that feel doable. You will leave with clear, practical steps and a plan we can adjust together, so progress is steady, sustainable and judgment-free.
