About Briana

Simple, realistic nutrition for busy families and real life. I’m a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience helping individuals and families build sustainable habits that actually fit their lives. As a former college athlete and working mom of three, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize nutrition while balancing work, family, and health needs. I’ve personally navigated gestational diabetes and celiac disease, and I support clients with blood sugar management, gluten-free living, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and plant-based or dairy-free eating. I also enjoy helping clients fuel an active lifestyle—whether for sports, workouts, or simply feeling stronger and more energized day to day. My approach is practical and flexible, focusing on balanced meals, simple meal planning, and realistic routines so you can feel confident and supported without striving for perfection.

Approach to care

I offer evidence-based nutrition guidance in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Using a weight-neutral approach, I help clients build sustainable habits instead of following restrictive rules. Together we’ll develop practical strategies that fit your life and help you feel more confident in your nutrition choices.

Your first session with Briana

A relaxed conversation focused on the real you. Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you—your health history, daily routines, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll talk through what’s working well, what feels challenging, and any symptoms or concerns impacting your nutrition and energy. We’ll also review your typical eating patterns and lifestyle so we can create an approach that truly fits your real life. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—many people feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start. My role is to simplify nutrition and help you take practical, sustainable steps forward.
