About Autumn
With an MS in Dietetics from Idaho State University and two years working as a registered dietitian in a children's hospital as a float dietitian, I bring a science-first mindset and the ability to tackle a variety of problems. I want to help you meet your goals by working together to make a doable plan. Outside the clinic I recharge by running, skiing, mountain biking, and shooting film photos, and I love spending time with my baby and family.
Approach to care
I understand having the desire to eat well but not being sure how to achieve this. My own desire to eat well and fuel my performance as well as help my family be healthy is what sparked my desire to become an RD and help others with their nutrition goals. I ground recommendations in current evidence while keeping conversations warm and judgment-free.. We'll focus on sustainable habits that fit your life, not quick fixes. I aim to be direct and action-oriented, teaching the why behind changes so you gain skills to make lasting choices that honor your body, mind, and day-to-day realities.
Your first session with Autumn
Expect a calm, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share. You don't need to have everything figured out to get started. We'll talk about what's working, what's frustrating, and what matters most to you, then choose one or two practical steps to try. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about the small, sustainable changes we'll work on together.
