About Ashley
Curiosity about how the gut connects to overall wellbeing led me to study nutrition. I currently work in a GI clinic and clinical hospital settings where I focus on gut health and practical solutions. When I'm not with patients you'll find me staying active with a good workout, enjoying the sunshine at the lake, or testing a new recipe. I help people ditch diet culture and build sustainable habits that fit the life they love.
Approach to care
Science guides the work I do, and empathy shapes how we get there together. I use evidence-based practices to create clear, actionable steps that respect Health At Every Size. We'll focus on behavior changes you can keep long term, not short-term restriction, and I aim to empower you through education so decisions feel informed and realistic. My goal is to meet you where you are, offer gentle accountability, and build sustainable habits that consider your whole life.
Your first session with Ashley
We'll start by taking a close look at your relationship with food and reviewing your medical history so we understand the full picture. This is a judgment-free conversation, so you don't need to have answers or perfect tracking. Together we'll identify one or two short-term, realistic goals and practical next steps you can try between visits. Expect a supportive, informative visit focused on small, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.

Hobbies
When I'm not in a session, you can find me staying active with a good workout, enjoying the sunshine at the lake, or finding a new recipe to cook. I'm passionate about helping you discover a sustainable path to health that fits into your unique lifestyle, so you can feel your best without sacrificing the things you love.
