About Ashley

You can love your body and still want to change it. I’m a Registered Dietitian, mom of two, and someone who truly understands what it’s like to try to take care of yourself while taking care of everyone else. I’m here to support you, guide you, and remind you that YOU matter too. I’ve worked in both hospital and telehealth settings, helping women navigate weight loss, chronic conditions, and everyday nutrition in a way that fits into daily life. I’ve also completed my Certificate of Training in GLP-1 Nutrition Therapy to better support clients using medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide. But some of my most meaningful experience has come from this season of motherhood—learning how to nourish myself and my family through busy, messy, but beautiful days. I believe in simple, sustainable changes that work into your routine — because consistency in the chaos is what actually gets us results. Approach to care

My approach is rooted in one thing: making healthy feel doable. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel better, stronger, or more confident in your body — and you don’t have to punish yourself to get there. I focus on: • sustainable weight loss (no extremes, no burnout) • realistic habits that fit your lifestyle • building consistency over perfection • understanding your body and being in tune with it — not working against it. We’re not chasing a perfect diet — we’re creating a way of eating and living that you can actually maintain long-term. Because the goal isn’t just results — it’s results that last.

Your first session with Ashley

Your first session is very relaxed, completely judgment-free, and simply just me getting to know you. We’ll talk through: • your goals (weight loss, energy, feeling better in your body, etc.) • what you’ve tried before—and what did or didn’t work • your current routine (meals, schedule, lifestyle, stress, sleep) • and any medical history or labs. From there, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic for you — not overwhelming, not restrictive. You’ll leave with: • clear, simple next steps • a better understanding of what your body needs • and a plan that feels doable in your everyday life. This is where things start to feel different — in the best way. You’ll leave each session feeling confident in exactly what steps to take next.
