About Anna

Food and movement have always been central to my life—and ultimately led me to this work. I’m a registered dietitian with a master’s in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State and a bachelor’s in Exercise Science from BYU. My experience spans clinical hospital work, private practice, corporate wellness, and community health. In addition, I bring over 15 years in the fitness industry, where I saw how many people feel stuck in cycles of guilt and confusion around food and their bodies. Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, playing basketball, spending lake days on the boat with my husband and kids, and cooking and baking. As an RDN, I help people heal their relationship with food—so it supports your life, not controls it.

Approach to care

Sustainable change happens when science meets compassion. I focus on small, realistic goals backed by evidence, while keeping my approach supportive, practical, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll turn nutrition science into simple steps that fit your life—focusing on behavior change, not the number on the scale. I take a whole-person approach, addressing sleep, stress, movement, and emotions, and help you understand the “why” so you can build lasting habits with confidence.

Your first session with Anna

Your first session is a supportive, collaborative conversation focused on you. We’ll review your health history, any labs or biometrics, and explore your relationship with food—what’s working, where you feel stuck, and what you want to change. You don’t need to have all the answers going in; we’ll explore what works best for you, together. By the end, we’ll pick a couple of simple, evidence-based steps to get started and create a plan for tracking your progress with me as your RD.
