About Anisah

I am a Registered Dietitian with a deep-rooted passion for empowering people through evidence-based nutrition. My background spans nutrition education, intensive counseling, and community health, giving me a broad perspective on how food affects our daily lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and their families to navigate a wide variety of health goals. Whether you are looking for guidance on heart health and diabetes care, seeking relief for gut health issues, navigating weight loss, or managing selective eating in young children, I bring the clinical expertise and practical experience needed to help you succeed. You can trust that the strategies we discuss are grounded in science but tailored to the reality of your busy life.

Approach to care

My philosophy is simple: nutrition should be empowering, not restrictive. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets; instead, I focus on helping you foster a positive relationship with food while keeping you accountable to your goals. What makes working with me different is my balance of clinical skills and compassionate counseling. I’m not just here to give you a meal plan; I’m here to listen, support, and coach you through the "why" behind your habits. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and highly collaborative. I want you to feel heard and supported, but also challenged to grow in ways that feel sustainable.

Your first session with Anisah

In our first session together, the focus is entirely on you. This is a dedicated space for me to learn about your unique story, your health history, and your relationship with food. We will take a deep dive into what has worked for you in the past, what hasn't, and what your life looks like right now. By the end of our first meeting, we will collaborate to set realistic, actionable goals that you feel confident about. You can expect to walk away feeling optimistic, clear-headed, and motivated. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling lighter, not just because you have a plan in place, but because you have a dedicated partner in your corner helping you achieve the vibrant health you deserve.
