About Anh
Food and the people around it have always shaped how I practice. In my three years as a Registered Dietitian with a BS in Nutrition and Food Science, I’ve worked in hospital and community health settings where listening became as important as lab results. I love cooking and spending time with my family, and I bring that practical, everyday lens to care. I am dedicated to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space, and I believe sustainable nutrition starts with listening, so your goals, culture, and daily challenges guide every plan we create together.
Approach to care
Evidence matters, but so does how change fits into your life. As an RD I ground recommendations in current research while translating them into clear, practical steps we can try together. I practice a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size framework that focuses on behaviors and wellbeing, not numbers. Our work is empathetic and direct, educational and holistic, so you gain knowledge and realistic strategies that support long-term, sustainable habits.
Your first session with Anh
Expect a calm, collaborative visit where we take time to understand the whole picture. I’ll review your medical history and lab work, and we’ll dig into your relationship with food, so the meal plan we create fits your routine and values. Together we’ll establish short-term, achievable goals and practical next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out; I’ll meet you where you are and support steady, sustainable progress without judgment.
