About Angelica
Hi there, I'm glad you're here! Iām here to support you in building habits that feel realistic, sustainable, and personalized to your life. Wherever you're starting from, weāll take it one step at a timeāfocusing on progress, not perfection. I look forward to working together to help you feel your best. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, yoga, cooking, and baking, and I love helping clients find ways to bring more balance, movement, and enjoyment into their own lives. I look forward to supporting you on your journey! I also speak Spanish and am happy to support Spanish-speaking clients, though I may occasionally need a moment to find the right word.
Approach to care
Nutrition care should be both science-based and kind. I rely on evidence-informed strategies from my MPH and RDN training, while holding a warm, nonjudgmental space where we'll focus on behaviors, not weight. Health at every size guides how I work, so our goals will be weight-neutral, practical, and rooted in your life. I aim to give clear, actionable steps and the education behind them, so you'll feel confident using what we learn long after our visits.
Your first session with Angelica
Expect a calm, curiosity-driven conversation where we'll explore your relationship with food, daily routines, and what matters most to you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, but you don't need to have everything figured out. This is a judgment-free, collaborative visit, and together we'll identify a couple of realistic, sustainable steps you can try before our next appointment.
